Healthy Pink Sauce Pasta with 7 easy steps

We will be hosting different chefs to cook for you healthy plates using products from lychee.
Today, Ahmed will cook for you a healthy version of the pink sauce pasta using Lychee’s 0% fat Greek yogurt.

Let’s get cooking,
First things first, let’s prep our 10 ingredients
1. 300 Grams Oats Pasta
2. 1/2 White Onion
3. 3 Garlic Gloves
4. 3 Tbs Tomato Paste
5. 2 cups Lychee 0% Greek Yogurt
6. 1 Tbs Parmigiano Cheese
7. 1 Tsp Basil
8. 1 Tsp Oregano
9. Salt to Taste
10. Pepper to Taste
Here is the Recipe:
- Step 1 – Boil the Pasta in salted water, and save it the water to be used in the end
- Step 2 – Grab a wok and then add olive oil, t minced onion and sauté for 2-3 mins. Then add the garlic, and sauté for about 1-2 mins more.
- Step 3 – Add tomato paste and black pepper. Stir for 3-4 mins.
- Step 4 – Add Lychee’s Greek Yogurt and stir well.
- Step 5 – Add 1 cup of the pasta water you saved at first and stir well.
- Step 6- Add the oats pasta and stir well.
- Step 7- Add parmigiana cheese and stir well.
You can garnish the plate with some cheese on top and then you’ve got yourself one healthy plate of pink sauce pasta that includes around 20gms of protein.
