Cheesecake using Lychee’s 0%fat Greek yogurt

Why Lychee’s Greek Yogurt?

  • Because it is a healthy replacement for cooking cream.
  • Very rich in protein.
  • No Sugar.
  • Very creamy.
  • Let’s get the ingredients in place.

Ingredients:

1. ¾ digestive biscuit
2. 2 tablespoon vanilla
3. Pinch of salt
4. Half a lemon
5. 2 tablespoon of butter
6. 8 cups of Lychee Greek yogurt 0% fat
7. 1 cup of brown sugar
8. 4 eggs
9. Blueberry jam for toppings

Your dessert step by step:

Step 1 – crush the biscuits
Step 2 – add the vanilla, salt, lemon, butter and stir well
Step 3 – get the cheesecake pan, spray it with butter, add the mixed ingredients
Step 4 – put it in the oven set temperature on 160F for 15 minutes
Step 5 – in another bowl, put Lychee’s Greek yogurt, vanilla, lemon, sugar, eggs,
Step 6- get the biscuit out of the oven, leave it 10 minutes to cool, then add the creamy mixture to it
Step 7- put foil around the cheesecake pan, place the pan in the oven’s rack, add boiled water around.
Step 8- Set oven temperature to 160F for 50 minutes
Step 9- place the cheesecake in the fridge for a day
Step10- put toppings based on your preference
