Creamy mushroom chicken with Lychee’s 0%fat Greek yogurt

Why Lychee’s Greek Yogurt?

Now get your ingredients in place and start!
Ingredients:
- 400 gm chicken breasts
- Salt, Pepper, Garlic powder
- Olive oil
- 200 gm mushrooms
- Small white onion
- 2 cups of Lychee Greek yogurt 0% fat
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 TSP oregano
- 1 TSP rosemary
- 1 TSP basil
- 1 TSP nutmeg
- ½-1 TSP sage
- ½ cup of milk
- Parmesan cheese
Your dish step by step:
- Step 1 – get the chicken breasts and season it with salt, pepper, garlic powder
- Step 2 – in a pan heat olive oil, leave chicken 3 minutes on both sides
- Step 3 – now add mushrooms until it turns brown
- Step 4 – Add onions, garlic, oregano, rosemary,basil,nutmeg,sage
- Step 5 – put 2 cups of Lychee’s Greek yogurt with some milk
- Step 6- put back the chicken into the sauce
- Step 7- add parmesan on top and leave chicken on medium heat for 5 minutes
